Sam Alhadeff, Founder

Sam was born and raised in Mercer Island, Washington. After graduating from high school, he spent a year oversees and another year in New York.

He then went on to further his education by attending the University of Washington where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Upon obtaining his degree, he secured a position with one of the largest general contracting and construction firms, Hensel Phelps, managing and operating projects worldwide.

After two years living and serving abroad, through their International Division, Sam returned to the United States as a lead office and field engineer, managing high-level projects with the State of California and Eli Lily and Company.

After having lived outside the Pacific Northwest for a number of years, Sam returned to his roots and entered the world of residential construction as a Superintendent with the Lozier Group.

In 2006, Sam realized his lifelong entrepreneurial dream and formed the Alhadeff Group. Now, for over a decade, the Alhadeff Group has served in Seattle and the surrounding area, specializing in new construction, home additions and large scale residential remodels.
